Music & Healthy mind

Ancient India Rishis were Scientists and there research was mainly focused on finding Peace within, finding our Source, finding who we are in reality.

Various tools that they devised to find the Peace within were Meditation (Dhyana), Self Enquiry (Who Am I?) and Samadhi (Impersonal awareness of being). All these tools required a basic preparation & that is a mind that is calm & quite. Equinomous mind is state that they all were trying to achieve & it could only be done with a healthy mind. Healthy mind is the bridge between body & Soul. So Rishis used to mainly focus on nature of mind and they thought once they understand what mind is in totality, then the doors to inner wisdom would open naturally.

Further Rishis started enquiring & focusing on mind with meditation & Self Enquiry. While doing that they got to know about the music within. Music that soothes oneself, music that lets forgets oneself, Music that frees us from the shackles of bondage.

Music have tremendous Power. It is natural meditation as the one who is playing an instrument or even singing, forgets himself (individual with separate identity from Universe) and becomes the sound. This forgetting temporarily and becoming one with sound, releases mind of bondage. Only free and open mind can receive the grace of God naturally. This calm & equinomous mind is what all Yogis & Jnanis (wise) try to achieve.

Music is the best preparation for having a healthy mind, which is ready to receive grace of God. My prayers for each one of you, that may God bless everyone, a healthy and receptive mind to live in awareness of Consciousness.

Waves arise and fall in Ocean, the very nature of Wave is to rise & fall but sometimes gigantic wave arises, which sweeps across everything that come in its vicinity. Similarly in the Ocean of Consciousness many gigantic waves have came and left a huge impact on individual Consciousness. The mark left by these motivates us to take ahead our ideals to the highest.

One such wave was Lord Rama in Treta Yuga. Lord Rama stood for ideals of Tolerance and truth.

Then came Lord Krishna, who preached how to practice truth in day to day living, through his divine song, Bhagavt Geeta!

One such wave arouse was Gautam Buddha; He took further the spiritual evolution of human consciousness through the tools of Ahimsa & gave world a practical tool in Vipashyana meditation.

One such huge wave was the messiah of mercy; Jesus Christ & he showed us way to Lord through a wonderful tool of Prayer.

Jesus gave message of Peace, Love & Harmony!

He lived what he preached & he continues to live on in our hearts as guiding light, to acquire highest qualities like Reuniciation & Selfless Love.

Jesus said.""Give up all that thou hast and follow Me." "Whosoever will save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life for My sake shall find it. For whoever gives up this life for His sake, finds the life immortal. In the midst of all our weakness there is a moment of pause and the voice rings: "Give up all that thou hast; give it to the poor and follow me."

" Blessed are those who have pure heart, for they shall see God" said Jesus, who was pure himslf. Truth is pure & Jesus lived it every moment.

"The Kingdom of Heaven is within you." Where goest thou to seek for the Kingdom of God, asks Jesus of Nazareth, when it is there,within you? Cleanse the spirit, and it is there. It is already yours.How can you get what is not yours? It is yours by right. You are the heirs of immortality, sons of the Eternal Father.

Jesus teaching was "Loose me & mine & turn inwards within; I am already there in your heart"

When Western world is looking towards East for Salvation; the Teaching of Jesus & Vedanta ( Hinduism) or any religion for that matter is one; ie Thy will be done"

Chritianity :- Thy will be done'
Hinduism :- Surrender all actions to me as I am a doer & do your duty as per your Nature. Lord Krishana.
Islam :- Inshallah which means As per the will of Almighty.
Budhhism :- Events happen, deeds are done; but there is no individual doer thereoff. Totality functions through all beings as one without two; Gautum Budhha.

My Salutations to the Messiah of Mercy & the teaching of messanger of God, shall continue to guide us to the way of Truth!
