INNER CHILD

In each moment,

In which I forget who I am,

I remember to breathe.

In each moment, I notice distress,

I thank God, for giving me Life.

In any illusion, I feel unloved

I notice the very first miracle I see,

And choose to be grateful.

Whenever I feel like I want to cry, I do so.

 And then allow myself the opportunity

To sing, anything!

If I become aware that

My mind is telling me a lie,

I will listen to the very first realization of truth.

If I ever sense I am imperfect,

I will look at the first Child I see,

 And realize the wondrous perfection,

Of our innocence!

 I remember the simple truth.

The delight of being present,

 And forever enlightened.

Thank you God

For this experience of Peace

 Knowing the simple Truth,

That each and every Child

Lights our Way!

Infinitely Grateful

 Loving and free,

Once again.
